- 8 ounces orzo pasta,cooded
- 1/2 cup light margarine, softened
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
How To Make mushroom & orzo casserole

Step 1In a bowl, combine orzo, margarine, soup mix and mushrooms. Spoon into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish; cover and bake at 375F for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Stir in parsley. Serve 6
