Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) cubes
- 1 jar pizza or spaghetti sauce
- - sliced mushrooms (optional)
How To Make mozzarella stuffed meat balls

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.

Step 3Cover each cheese cube with about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture. Carefully sealing all around and shape into a ball.

Step 4Place meatballs in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish, cover with pizza sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
