Mozzarella Stuffed Meat Balls
1 lbground beef
1 citalian style breadcrumbs
2 Tbsponion flakes, dehydrated
1 tspgarlic salt
4 ozmozzarella cheese, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) cubes
1 jar(s)pizza or spaghetti sauce
·sliced mushrooms (optional)
How to Make Mozzarella Stuffed Meat Balls
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Cover each cheese cube with about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture. Carefully sealing all around and shape into a ball.
- Place meatballs in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish, cover with pizza sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
