These are really easy to make and my family just loves them!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup italian style breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into 24 (1/2-inch) cubes
  • 1 jar pizza or spaghetti sauce
  • - sliced mushrooms (optional)

How To Make mozzarella stuffed meat balls

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, salt and pepper; mix well.
  • Step 3
    Cover each cheese cube with about 1 Tbsp. meat mixture. Carefully sealing all around and shape into a ball.
  • Step 4
    Place meatballs in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish, cover with pizza sauce. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes.
