Ingredients
- 2 cups light sour cream
- 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 - 8 oz pkg no-yolk noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 pounds ground turkey breast or lean ground beef
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 1 - 14 oz jar pizza sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- - salt and pepper to taste.
How To Make moms healthy creamy pizza casserole

Step 1Heat oven to 325. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed, drain, return to pot. In small bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, onion and parsley.

Step 2Heat oil in lg skillet, over medium heat. Add ground turkey or beef. Cook until fully browned, drain fat if using beef. Stir in tomato paste, pizza sauce, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

Step 3Simmer 5 mins. In baking pan, layer 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 noodles, and 1/2 sour cream mix, repeat layers. Bake, covered for 1 hr, or until bubbly.
