2 clow-fat cottage cheese

18 oz pkg no-yolk noodles

1 Tbspolive oil

2 lbground turkey breast or lean ground beef

6 oztomato paste

114 oz jar pizza sauce

1 tspdried basil

1 tspdried oregano

How to Make Moms healthy creamy pizza casserole
- Heat oven to 325. Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Cook noodles as directed, drain, return to pot. In small bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, onion and parsley.
- Heat oil in lg skillet, over medium heat. Add ground turkey or beef. Cook until fully browned, drain fat if using beef. Stir in tomato paste, pizza sauce, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Simmer 5 mins. In baking pan, layer 1/3 of meat sauce, 1/2 noodles, and 1/2 sour cream mix, repeat layers. Bake, covered for 1 hr, or until bubbly.
