Ingredients
- 6 ounces linguine
- - cooking spray
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 - green pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 - red pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 -14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained & quartered
- 1/2 cup italian dressing
- 3 tablespoons black olives, sliced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1/2 cup (2 ozs.) shredded mozzarella cheese
How To Make mediterranean linguine

Step 1Cook linguine & keep warm. Coat a large pan with cooking spray; add mushrooms, green & red peppers & garlic; saute until tender. Add artichokes, salad dressing, olives & parsley. Stir & heat thoroughly.

Step 2Add to linguine, toss gentle. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
