Meatballs with Stuffed Rigatoni
1 lbitalian sausage, mild
1 1/2 cmozzerella cheese, shredded
4 stalk(s)green onions, chopped
1/4 boxrigatoni noodles, cooked
1 cspinach, fresh
1/2 cbread crumbs, italian style
1 jar(s)spaghetti sauce
1/2 cmushrooms, fresh
How to Make Meatballs with Stuffed Rigatoni
- Use a frosting tip in a bag (if you have one) otherwise just cut a tip in the corner of a baggie and "pipe" paste into the cooked noodle. Place the noodles on an oven safe baking sheet. Top with cheese.
- Top your meatballs with some spaghetti sauce, sauted mushrooms, cheese and fresh green onions. Serve with stuffed rigatoni and enjoy!
