mama's goulash
When my Mama would make this we would all come running to the supper table. It is just a fantastic one skillet meal that everyone loves.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground hot pork sausage
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 - cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 14 1/2 ounces petite diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/4 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make mama's goulash

Step 1In a large, deep sided skillet brown the ground beef and the sausage, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain off the grease and lower the heat to medium. Add in the onion and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 2Stir in the worcestershire, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes with juice and seasonings. Add the broth, water and uncooked elbow macaroni. Stir to combine, cover and cook till noodles are tender, about 7-8 minutes. Turn off the heat, uncover and top with the cheese. Cover back up and let it sit till the cheese is nice and melted.
