1- 7ounce boxmacaroni rings
16 ouncescabbage, shredded
1/2 conion - finely chopped
1/2 cgreen pepper - finely diced
1 cmayonnaise (do not use miracle whip)
1/4 cwhite vinegar
How to Make Macaroni Coleslaw
- Cook macaroni as directed on box and cool.
- Add shredded cabbage and rings together.
- In a small bowl,mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together. Whisk until smooth
- Pour dressing over other ingredients and mix well
- Refrigerate before serving
- May ommit green peppers if you wish
