Ingredients
- 1/2 - stick butter, melted
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 pound cooked elbow macaroni
How To Make macaroni and cheese

Step 1In a saucepan, melt butter. Slowly add flour to pan, stirring constantly. Add milk, a little at a time.

Step 2Add salt, and cubed cheese, stirring until smooth.

Step 3Combine cheese mixture with cooked macaroni, in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes in 375 degree oven PS: My pictures show the recipe is doubled (very easy to do if making for a crowd).
