I ALWAYS HAVE INGREDIENTS FOR LINGUINI N CLAM SAUCE...PASTA DISH THAT PLEASES MANY....EASY N IMPRESSIVE :)

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    linguini pasta, 1 lb.
  • 3 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 4 lg
    cloves garlic, sliced thick
  • 1/8 tsp
    crushed red pepper (optional)
  • 1 can
    clams, choppd - 6.5 oz can (sometimes i use two cans...more clammy :)
  • 1 bottle
    1/2-8oz bottle of clam juice per lb of pasta (if u like it very wet use whole bottle)
  • 1/4 c
    white wine
  • 1/4 c
    fresh parsley, choppd
  • parmesan cheese for serving

    SAUTE GARLIC IN OLIVE OIL N ADD CRUSHED PEPPER IF USING...CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP RITE B4 GARLIC TURNS COLOR.

    ADD CLAMS, CLAM JUICE N WHITE WINE LET SIMMER FOR 3 MINUTES.

    WHILE ABOVE IS BEING PREPARED MAKE LINGUINI N DRAIN. POUR CLAM MIXTURE. PLATE LINGUINI N CLAM SAUCE N TOP WITH PARMESEAN CHEESE...ENJOY :)
