Ingredients
- 1/2 pound linguine pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 12 medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
- 1 - 14.5 oz can chopped fire-roasted tomatoes.
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
- 1/2 teaspoon each, salt and pepper, or to taste
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese. i used reduced-fat

Step 1Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. Heat oil in lg skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, cook for 1 min. Add shrimp, cook until pink. Pour in tomatoes, stirring until heated through. Season w/ basil, salt & pepper. Toss pasta w/ sauce. Sprinkle w/ crumbled feta cheese.
