How to Make LEMONY SALMON & RICE
- Place one bag of rice into boiling water in a medium size pot; simmer for 10 minutes. Pour out water and empty the rice into the pot.
- Add the salmon, having discarded about half of the liquid from the can. Flake salmon into rice. Add the nuts and lemon juice. Stir gently until all is mixed.
- Heat about 5 more minutes, just until mixture is hot. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
