I got this recipe from my sister in law. My husband and son love it! This freezes well and is better the next day.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    extra broad egg noodles
  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1
    onion chopped
  • 3 jar(s)
    spaghetti sauce
  • 4 c
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 16 oz
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Lazy Lasagna

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain. Brown ground beef with onion until brown, drain well.
  2. Place ground beef in a large deep oven proof dish. Add spaghetti sauce and mix well. Add ricotta cheese and mix well. Add 2 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese, mix well. Add parmesan cheese mix well.
  3. Mix in egg noodles. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top. Bake at 350f for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until heated through.
