I am probably the only one that makes it this way but I tried this once and my family went nuts over it. So I make it this way always. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 8 oz
    lasagna noodles, uncooked
  • 2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 2 clove
  • 1 large
    onion, chopped
  • 2 jar(s)
    prego speghetti sauce with peppers
  • 2 pkg
    ricotta cheese
  • 1 1/2 c
    sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes,drained
  • 1/2 lb
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 lb
    mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 pkg
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano, dried

How to Make Lasagna Made My Way


  1. Brown ground beef,onions, garlic and mushrooms in small amount of oil. When done add speghetti sauce, tomatoes, salt, pepper, and oregano. Cook 15 to 20 minutes. In greased casserole begin with a layer sauce, then a layer of noodles, then a layer of ricotta cheese, then a layer of pepperoni, then a layer of the cheeses and then repeat process until you end up with the cheeses and the parmesean cheese.Bake at 375 degrees for about 5o minutes.
