spaghetti, cooked and drained
egg, beaten
1/2 c
ricotta cheese, part-skim
1/4 c
parmesan cheese
3/4 c
prepared spaghetti sauce (canned or your own)
link sweet italian sausage, cooked and sliced
1/2 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded

How to Make Italian Sausage "Cupcakes"


  • 1Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 6-cup standard muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2Combine spaghetti, egg, Parmesan and Ricotta cheese. Press into muffin cups.
  • 3Top each with 1/8 cup spaghetti sauce. Add a slice or two of sausage. Top with mozzarella cheese.
  • 4Bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
