Ingredients
- 4 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, part-skim
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup prepared spaghetti sauce (canned or your own)
- 1 - link sweet italian sausage, cooked and sliced
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
How To Make italian sausage "cupcakes"

Step 1Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 6-cup standard muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 2Combine spaghetti, egg, Parmesan and Ricotta cheese. Press into muffin cups.

Step 3Top each with 1/8 cup spaghetti sauce. Add a slice or two of sausage. Top with mozzarella cheese.

Step 4Bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
