I really enjoy making this dish. Every time i make this dish for my family there are never any leftovers. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

Ingredients
- BROWN TURKEY, DRAIN AND SET ASIDE. IN LARGE SKILLET COOK ONION AND GARLICIN 1 T. OLIVE OIL.
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic chopped
- PUREE IN FOOD PROCESSOR
- 6 ounces water
- 2 cans tomatoes
- 6 ounces can tomato paste
- ADD ONION AND GARLIC TO SKILLET THE FOLLOWING:
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- ADD BROWNED TURKEY. BOIL LASAGNA NOODLES UNTIL TENDER
- - in large bowl mix:
- 1 box frozen spinach, thawed
- 1 quart ricotta cheese, low-fat
- 1 cup grated mozzerella
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 - eggs beaten
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make italian roll ups

Step 1Pour 1/2 sauce in bottom of large baking dish. Spread 2-3 T.of the cheese and spinach mixture on lasagna strip and roll up . Place in pan seam side down.

Step 2pour the rest of meat sauce over rolls. Sprinkle each roll on top with mozzarella ,bake covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbley
