Ingredients For italian roll ups
- BROWN TURKEY, DRAIN AND SET ASIDE. IN LARGE SKILLET COOK ONION AND GARLICIN 1 T. OLIVE OIL.

1 lbground turkey

1 lgonion chopped

1 clovegarlic chopped
- PUREE IN FOOD PROCESSOR

6 ozwater
-
2 cantomatoes
-
6 ozcan tomato paste
- ADD ONION AND GARLIC TO SKILLET THE FOLLOWING:

1 Tbspdried parsley
-
3 Tbspsugar
-
1 tspbasil
-
1 Tbspsalt
-
1 tspdried oregano
-
1/2 tsppepper
- ADD BROWNED TURKEY. BOIL LASAGNA NOODLES UNTIL TENDER

in large bowl mix:
-
1 boxfrozen spinach, thawed

1 qtricotta cheese, low-fat
-
1 cgrated mozzerella
-
1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese

2eggs beaten
-
2 tspdried parsley
-
1 tspsalt
How To Make italian roll ups

1Pour 1/2 sauce in bottom of large baking dish. Spread 2-3 T.of the cheese and spinach mixture on lasagna strip and roll up . Place in pan seam side down.

2pour the rest of meat sauce over rolls. Sprinkle each roll on top with mozzarella ,bake covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbley
