A Twist on Regular Mac n Cheese!! I added Chicken to make it more of a complete meal. Creamy and Delicious.

Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breast halve-cooked and shreddeds, skinless and boneless
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 4 cups milk-whole or 2%
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup provolone cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- 1 pound salad shell pasta-cooked
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
How To Make italian 4 cheeses and chicken mac n cheese

Step 1On Medium heat, melt butter in a deep nonstick skillet. Whisk in flour until absorbed.

Step 2Add in milk. Turn up heat to Med/high. As it simmers, continue to whisk until flour is gone. Whisk. in Italian Seasoning. Add in cheeses one at a time, whisking after every cheese until its. thick and creamy

Step 3Add in cooked Pasta. Gently stir to coat pasta.

Step 4You may add a green salad or vegetable. Serve and Enjoy!
