Ingredients
- 1 pound ground ground chuck
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1 clove garlc , minced
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 can ( 12 oz ) tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon instane beef bouillon granules
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 - ( 16 oz ) container cottage cheese
- 1 package ( 8 oz ) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 - egg beaten
- 24 - jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
How To Make italian 3-cheese stuffed shells

Step 1Cook beef, onion and garlic in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring beef until crumbles and is no longer pink, drain. Stir in water, tomato paste, bouillon, and oregano, simmer over medium heat about 30 minutes.

Step 2Stir in the cottage cheese, and one cup mozzarella, Parmesan cheese and egg in a medium bowl, mix well. Stuff shells with cheese mixture, arrange in a greased 13x9" baking pan. Pour beef mixture over shells. cover and bake at 350 degrees fo 40 -45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with remaning mozzarella cheese. Bake 5 minutes more until cheese melts.
