I had a package of imitation crab in fridge so I decided to cook it up with some white wine n to my surprise MMMMMMMMM GOOD :)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    small kind of pasta
  • 1 pkg
    imitation crabmeat
  • 1 small
    onion , chpd.
  • 1 c
    white wine or blush
  • 3/4 c
    chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c
    parsley, chpd. (optional)
  • ·
    salt n pepper to taste

How to Make IMITATION CRAB N PASTA

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat olive oil in large pan then saute onion till it starts to turn golden. Meanwhile make pasta.
  2. Add white wine n cook on low for 5 minutes add crab once pulled apart into small chunks. Then add chicken broth and parsley n salt n pepper (mayb 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes for heat) Let simmer for 5 more minutes.
  3. Drain pasta n put in large bowl n top with crab mixture n toss in parmesan cheese....ENJOY :)
