imitation crab n pasta
I had a package of imitation crab in fridge so I decided to cook it up with some white wine n to my surprise MMMMMMMMM GOOD :)

Ingredients
- 1 pound small kind of pasta
- 1 package imitation crabmeat
- 1 small onion , chpd.
- 1 cup white wine or blush
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup parsley, chpd. (optional)
- - salt n pepper to taste
How To Make imitation crab n pasta

Step 1Heat olive oil in large pan then saute onion till it starts to turn golden. Meanwhile make pasta.

Step 2Add white wine to the sautéed onions then cook on low for 5 minutes add crab once pulled apart into small chunks. Then add chicken broth and parsley n salt n pepper (mayb 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes for heat) Let simmer for 5 more minutes.

Step 3Drain pasta n put in large bowl n top with crab mixture n toss in parmesan cheese....ENJOY :)
