My mom would make the noodle and would them out on the kitchen table and cut them and let them dry. One time my brother got in the meddle of the table and was eating and throw them up in the air. LOL.

- 2 cups flour
- 4 - eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make homemade egg noodle

Step 1Add flour to large bowl make a indention in the flour. In another bowl beat the eggs. Add salt and eggs to flour mix well until it is in ball.

Step 2Roll out on a flour surface. Take the edge of the dough roll it up like jelly roll. then cut in wide as you want your noodle. Undo the dough and let dry.

Step 3Have a pot of boiling chicken broth and chicken. Cook noodle until tender. Serve
