My mom would make the noodle and would them out on the kitchen table and cut them and let them dry. One time my brother got in the meddle of the table and was eating and throw them up in the air. LOL.

How to Make Homemade Egg Noodle


  1. Add flour to large bowl make a indention in the flour. In another bowl beat the eggs. Add salt and eggs to flour mix well until it is in ball.
  2. Roll out on a flour surface. Take the edge of the dough roll it up like jelly roll. then cut in wide as you want your noodle. Undo the dough and let dry.
  3. Have a pot of boiling chicken broth and chicken. Cook noodle until tender. Serve
