Ingredients
- 2 cups dried ronzoni garden delight rigatoni pasta.
- 8 ounces spicy turkey sausage, halved lengthwise, cut into 1"-pieces
- 1-1/2 pound golden delicious apples, cored, cut into 1/2"-thick slices.
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil

Step 1In a 4-quart dutch oven, cook pasta as directed, drain, set pasta aside. In same dutch oven, cook sausage until lightly browned, about 6 min. Add apples, cook until lightly browned, about 7 min. Stir in pasta, light cream, and Gorgonzola cheese. Heat through, garnish w/ basil.
