Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey breast
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can reduced-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1-1/2 cup lite sour cream
- 1/2 pound no-yolk egg noodles

Step 1Cook noodles as directed, drain. Keep warm In lg skillet over med-high heat, cook ground turkey and onion until turkey is browne, breaking up the turkey as you cook.

Step 2Stir in garlic powder, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 3 mins. Reduce heat to low. Stir in soup. Simmer, uncovered for 10 mins.

Step 3Remove skillet from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve mix over hot noodles.
