Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can reduced-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-1/2 cup lite sour cream
  • 1/2 pound no-yolk egg noodles

How To Make healthy creamy turkey stroganoff

  • Step 1
    Cook noodles as directed, drain. Keep warm In lg skillet over med-high heat, cook ground turkey and onion until turkey is browne, breaking up the turkey as you cook.
  • Step 2
    Stir in garlic powder, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 3 mins. Reduce heat to low. Stir in soup. Simmer, uncovered for 10 mins.
  • Step 3
    Remove skillet from heat. Stir in sour cream. Serve mix over hot noodles.
