Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    ground turkey breast
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/2 lb
    fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 can(s)
    reduced-fat, condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-1/2 c
    lite sour cream
  • 1/2 lb
    no-yolk egg noodles

How to Make Healthy creamy turkey stroganoff

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook noodles as directed, drain. Keep warm
    In lg skillet over med-high heat, cook ground turkey and onion until turkey is browne, breaking up the turkey as you cook.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 3 mins. Reduce heat to low. Stir in soup. Simmer, uncovered for 10 mins.
  3. Remove skillet from heat. Stir in sour cream.
    Serve mix over hot noodles.
