harvest pasta salad w/ feta
I made this with regular penne but like the whole wheat penne better. My family is picky and wanted to try it with corn mixed in.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces whole wheat penne
- 1 can whole kernel sweet corn, drained
- 1 can cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegarette dressing
- 4 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and cool to room temperature.

Step 2In large bowl, combine all ingredients except vinaigrette cheese; mix gently.

Step 3Add vinaigrette; toss to distribute evenly.

Step 4Top pasta salad with feta cheese right before serving.
