Everyone remembers their first love. I remember my first love's dad's best dish ever. Its called Hamburger Italiano and it is tasty and oh-so-easy.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds ground hamburger
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces cooked macaroni
- 1 can 3 oz mushroom - drained
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1-2 can rotel
- 1/2 cup grated italian cheese
How To Make hamburger italiano

Step 1Saute the green pepper, onion and butter until slightly brown. Use a saute pan that will hold all ingredients above except the macaroni noodles and cheese

Step 2Add Hamburger and cook till hamburger is no longer pink. Drain.

Step 3Add all spices to the pan. Add worcestershire, soup, rotel, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir and heat for about 3-5 minutes. (NOTE: If you like spicy then use two cans of Rotel. If not just use one.)

Step 4Add cooked macaroni to a large casserole dish. Pour pan mixture onto noodles and gently stir to combine all together. Sprinkle cheese on top.

Step 5Bake in oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Serve with rolls or crusty french bread and a salad.
