Ingredients
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 can tomatoes, canned italian-style and diced
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups whole wheat penna pasta (don't over cook) will finish in sauce.
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 to 1 cups of the pasta water
- 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
How To Make ghoulash

Step 1In large sauce pan, brown hamburger, & onion, add salt, & pepper to taste. (drain).

Step 2Add tomatoes, tomato paste, garlic powder, red pepper flakes.

Step 3In another pot boil enough water for pasta. cook 7 to 9 minutes. add pasta to hamburger, & tomato sauce, add the pasta water. (if sauce is to thick add more pasta water). cover & simmer, add parmesan cheese on top. enjoy!
