    large ripe tomatoes, finely diced

    med. cucumbers,peeled,seeded and finely diced

    med. red onion, diced

    vegetable or tomato juice
  • 1 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tsp
    red wine vinegar
  • 1 can(s)
    16 oz. cannellini beans, drained and rinsed well
  • 3 Tbsp
    chopped fresh parsely
  • dash(es)
    salt and pepper

How to Make Gazpacho Pasta With Cannellini


  1. Prepare pasta according to pkg. directions. Drain and rinse under cold water. In large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients, serve.
