A quick, yummy, very garlicky dish. Hope you like garlic!!

  • 1 lb
    angel hair pasta
  • 1 stick
  • 1 lb
    medium shrimp, peeled, deveined
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp
    each, salt & pepper
  • 1
    6 oz bag baby spinach leaves
  • 1/2 pt
    cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make Garlicky shrimp, spinach and pasta


  1. Cook pasta as directed, drain, keep warm. In lg skillet, melt butter over med-high heat.
  2. Add shrimp, garlic, salt and pepper to skillet. Saute until shrimp are pink. Remove shrimp to a bowl, set aside.
  3. Add the spinach and tomatoes to skillet. Cook until spinach is wilted. Return shrimp to skillet. Simmer 2 mins. Serve shrimp mix over pasta, drizzle w/ lemon juice.
