Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups penne pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, light
- 3 cloves garlic finely chopped
- 4 medium tomatoes skins removed and coarsely chopped
- 4 - basil, fresh roughly chopped
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
How To Make garlic penne dinner

Step 1Cook and drain pasta as directed on package. While pasta is cooking; heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Cook garlic in oil 30 seconds, stirring frequently. Stir in tomatoes. Cook 5 to 10 minutes, stirring frequently, until tomatoes are soft and sauce slightly thickened. Stir in basil, salt and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Serve sauce over pasta. Serves 4
