Just use all the wonderful veggies you get from your garden, be creative!!!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ronzoni healthy harvest macaroni
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium orange bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 pound fresh, sliced mushrooms.
  • 1 large carrot, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 ( 8 0z) - pkg, frozen baby corn, thawed
  • 1/2 cup light italian salad drssing.

How To Make from the garden pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta as directed, drain. Run under cold water, drain again. In lg bowl, combine pasta and veggies, toss to combine. Drizzle w/ dressing. Gently toss to coat. Refrigerate 1 hr.
