Ingredients
- 6-8 fresh tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 3 tablespoons evvo
- 1/2 cup white cooking wine
- 1 - chicken bouillon cube
- pinch black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- pinch fresh basil leaves
How To Make fresh tomato sauce

Step 1If you don’t want the skin on your tomatoes boil water throw in your tomatoes for 5 seconds. Take out and skin will peel off

Step 2Warm up the pan but not too hot and add your evoo (extra virgin olive oil). You could always use more than 3 tablespoons of evoo . I usually use a little more than 3 Tbs. Let your pan warm up but not too hot. Add your chopped or sliced onions and sauté. Let the onions get soft or as they say, blonde.

Step 3Add tomatoes and 1/2 cup of cooking wine, bring to boil. Throw in chicken bouillon cube, pepper to taste, mix and let simmer. Right before serving, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on top of sauce.

Step 4Pour over your favorite pasta!
