I will assemble this unbaked and coverd w/ plastic wrap to help it from drying out the night before. This really isnt as hard as it seems..

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon basil, dried
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 can 16 oz tomatoes
- 1 can 12 oz tomatoe paste
- 2 cans 12 oz tomatoe sauce
- 10-12 - lasagna noodles, cooked
- - 2nd mixture
- 3 cups cottage cheese
- 2 - beaten eggs
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- 3 ounces parmesean cheese
- 1 pound mozarella cheese
How To Make lasagna

Step 1Cook your hamburger meat, drain and add next 7 ingredients in 1st mixture, simmer 30 min. while this is simmering boil noodles in salted water until tender, drain, rinse and set aside. Or you can use the non cook noodles. They work also.

Step 2combine all 2nd mixture ingredients in small bowl. except for mozarella cheese(use this by itself, it will be the top of your lasagna)

Step 3using a 9x13 dish, Put a small amount of sauce on the bottom of your dish before you lay the first noodles down. Place noodles in bottom, spread 1/2 of 2nd mixture over noodles, then 1/2 of meat mixture1/2 of mozarella cheese. repeat with a layer of noodles, 2nd mixture and meat sauce w/ 1/2 of mozarella.

Step 4Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. let stand 10 min before serving
