  • 1/2 tsp
    basil, dried
  • 1 tsp
    oregano, dried
  • 2 tsp
  • 1 can(s)
    16 oz tomatoes
  • 1 can(s)
    12 oz tomatoe paste
  • 2 can(s)
    12 oz tomatoe sauce
  • 10-12
    lasagna noodles, cooked
  • ·
    2nd mixture
  • 3 c
    cottage cheese
  • 2
    beaten eggs
  • 2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp
    parsley flakes
  • 3 oz
    parmesean cheese
  • 1 lb
    mozarella cheese

How to Make Lasagna


  1. Cook your hamburger meat, drain and add next 7 ingredients in 1st mixture, simmer 30 min. while this is simmering boil noodles in salted water until tender, drain, rinse and set aside. Or you can use the non cook noodles. They work also.
  2. combine all 2nd mixture ingredients in small bowl. except for mozarella cheese(use this by itself, it will be the top of your lasagna)
  3. using a 9x13 dish, Put a small amount of sauce on the bottom of your dish before you lay the first noodles down. Place noodles in bottom, spread 1/2 of 2nd mixture over noodles, then 1/2 of meat mixture1/2 of mozarella cheese. repeat with a layer of noodles, 2nd mixture and meat sauce w/ 1/2 of mozarella.
  4. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. let stand 10 min before serving
