FETTUCINE WITH SPICY MEAT SAUCE

12 ozfettuccine pasta (may substitute your choice)
1 Tbspolive oil
1/2 lbground chuck
6 clovegarlic, chopped
1/4 tspcrushed red pepper
1/4 tspblack pepper
1 can(s)(28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1/4 cdry white wine
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How to Make FETTUCINE WITH SPICY MEAT SAUCE
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add the beef. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic, red pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper.
- Add the tomatoes and wine to the skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Add the sauce and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan to the pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan before serving.
