Ingredients
- 12 ounces fettuccine pasta (may substitute your choice)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound ground chuck
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make fettucine with spicy meat sauce

Step 1Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.

Step 2In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add the beef. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic, red pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper.

Step 3Add the tomatoes and wine to the skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.

Step 4Add the sauce and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan to the pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan before serving.
