Another great pasta dish with a killer sauce that you will love! Change the pasta to one you like better if you don't want fettuccine. Recipe adapted from: realsimple.com

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta (may substitute your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 pound ground chuck
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

How To Make fettucine with spicy meat sauce

  • Step 1
    Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and return to pot.
  • Step 2
    In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and add the beef. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned, about 5 minutes. Stir in the garlic, red pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/4 tsp. black pepper.
  • Step 3
    Add the tomatoes and wine to the skillet and simmer, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened, 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Step 4
    Add the sauce and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan to the pasta and toss to combine. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan before serving.
