- 1 pound fettuccine
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup picante sauce
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- - parsley for garnish
How To Make easy texicana alfredo

Step 1Cook pasta as direcetd, drain. Put into a lg bowl. In saucepan, combine butter, picante sauce and parmesan cheese. Cook over low, stirring, until butter is melted.

Step 2Remove pan from heat. Stir in sour cream. Pour sauce over pasta. Toss to coat. garnish w/ parsley.
