Ingredients

  • 8 ounces ronzoni healthy harvest ziti pasta
  • 1 pound ground turkey breast
  • 1 - 10 oz pkg frozen, chopped onion, thawed
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 1 - 26 oz jar tomato and basil pasta sauce
  • 8 ounces light sour cream
  • 1/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces reduced-fat, shredded italian-style cheese

How To Make easy skillet ziti

  • Step 1
    Cook pasta as directed, drain. Spary a lg skillet w/ cooking spray. Place skillet over med-high heat. Brown ground turkey in skillet.
  • Step 2
    Add onions, salt and pepper. Cook until onion is softened. Stir in pasta sauce and heat through.
  • Step 3
    Add cooked pasta to skillet and stir to coat. In bowl, combine sour cream and parmesan cheese. Stir into pasta mix. Sprinkle mix w/ italian cheese. Cover, reduce heat to medium. Cook until cheese is melted, about 5 mins.
