  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 lb
    beef sirloin steak, cut into very thin strips
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 3 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 tsp
    dried parsley flakes
  • 1-3/4 c
    lower-sodium beef broth
  • 2 c
    sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 3 c
    no-yol "egg" noodles
  • 1/2 c
    light sour cream

How to Make Easy skillet beef stroganoff


  1. Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned, stirring often. Add onion, garlic and parsley. Cook until onions are tender.
  2. Stir in broth and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Stir in the noodles. Reduce heat to medium. Cover, cook until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream until blended. Heat through.
