Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into very thin strips
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1-3/4 cup lower-sodium beef broth
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 cups no-yol "egg" noodles
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
How To Make easy skillet beef stroganoff

Step 1Heat oil in lg skillet over med-high heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned, stirring often. Add onion, garlic and parsley. Cook until onions are tender.

Step 2Stir in broth and mushrooms. Heat to a boil. Stir in the noodles. Reduce heat to medium. Cover, cook until noodles are tender. Stir in sour cream until blended. Heat through.
