Ingredients
- 8 ounces egg noodles
- 1/2 - sweet onion, diced
- 14 1/2 ounces hunt's rosemary & oregano diced tomatoes, do not drain
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 teaspoon original mrs. dash
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, low-fat
- 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 tablespoon tomato basil garlic mrs. dash
How To Make easy lean beef casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 400 degree F. Lightly coat a 13x9 baking dish.

Step 2Prepare noodles as per package directions. Drain. Saute onions for 3-4 in olive oil until tender-crisp.

Step 3Cook beef in about 1/4 c. water and the Worcestershire sauce; stir in original Mrs. Dash.

Step 4In a large bowl, stir together cooked beef, onion, egg noodles and canned tomatoes. Pour into prepared casserole dish. Cover with cheeses and sprinkle with the tomato basil garlic Mrs. Dash. Cook in preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.
