Pinched this from tasteofhome.com and gave it a few twists. Can't wait to make this beautiful dish--comfort food at its best!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz
    uncooked thin spaghetti
  • 3 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    butter, divided
  • 6 oz
    cream cheese, cubed
  • 3 Tbsp
    sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp
    milk
  • 3/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    white pepper
  • 4 1/2 tsp
    minced fresh parsley

How To Make

    Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions. Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, saute garlic in 1 Tbsp. butter for 1 minute.

    Add the cream cheese, sour cream, milk, salt, onion powder, pepper and remaining butter. Cook and stir over low heat just until smooth (do not boil). Remove from the heat.

    Drain the spaghetti; toss with the cream sauce. Sprinkle with parsley. May also add Parmesan cheese.
