DOWN 'N' DIRTY RICE CASSEROLE
1 lbground chuck
1 1/4 ccheddar cheese, shredded
2 stalk(s)celery, chopped
1 mediumonion, chopped
3 ccooked rice
1 can(s)(med.) chopped tomatoes, drained
·salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
1 tspcayenne pepper
1/3 csour cream
How to Make DOWN 'N' DIRTY RICE CASSEROLE
- In a large skillet, brown the ground chuck over medium heat. Drain.
- In a medium skillet, cook celery and onion in 1 Tbsp. butter for 5-10 minutes over medium-low heat, until almost tender, but not browned.
- In a large casserole dish, mix all ingredients together except the cheese.
- Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar over the top of the mixture and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
