Years ago, my son stomped into the house after school in a horrible, bad, ugly mood. NOTHING and I mean nothing had gone his way all day, he was beyond grumpy, didn't want to discuss it. I asked what he'd like for supper, and he said it didn't matter because it would just come out yucky. That's great! Cuz we're having Double Yuck tonight. It'a actually a hamburger strogonoff, but it's been Double Yuck here ever since. I finally got a smile out of him when I asked him to think of 1 funny thing that happened that day...."Mrs Cochran farted and sneezed at the same time!"

  1. cook noodles according to package directions, drain and return to pot
  2. brown ground beef with onion, drain
  3. combine ground beef, noodles, cr mushroom soup, sour cream and enougth milk to make it creamy 1/4-1/2 C. Mix well, heat through, serve
  4. Add a veggie or salad and you've got a meal. It's not a particularly pretty dish; but boys like it and it's perfect for a "horrible bad day"
