Ingredients

  • 1 pound chopped turkey (or beef if u prefer)
  • 1 medium green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can tomato sauce (i use rotel hot tom. sauce)
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • - s & p to taste
  • 1 pound rotelle pasta (or any small pasta)

How To Make dinner in a snap

  • Step 1
    HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL IN LARGE SAUTE PAN AND ADD PEPPERS, ONIONS AND GARLIC AFTER 3 MINUTES ADD CHOPPED TURKEY AND COOK UNTIL ALMOST COOKED THRU...ANOTHER 3 MINUTES.
  • Step 2
    ADD CHOPPED TOMATOES, TOMATO SAUCE, TOMATO PASTE AND DRIED BASIL TO MEAT MIXTURE... MIX AND COVER AND LET SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES. WHILE THIS IS SIMMERING PREPARE PASTA.
  • Step 3
    WHEN MEAT SAUCE HAS FINISHED SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER THEN ADD PARMESAN CHEESE MIX AND SERVE OVER COOKED PASTA....ENJOY :)
