Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- 2 bags 10 oz ..or 2 lbs fresh carrots( peeled)
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- few dash hot sauce
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons fresh chopped chives
- - salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 1 box fancy pasta ( ziti, rotelle, bows)
How To Make curry carrot pasta

Step 1cook pasta till aldente

Step 2cook carrots till tender..make a paste of carrots in blender ...add honey , butter , hot sauce, salt and pepper

Step 3pour carrot mixture in serving plate mix in pasta and add enough stock or pasta cooking liquid to loosen sprinkle with chives and serve
