Found this recipe in our local newspaper 10 years ago. I made for a family reunion and it became poplar after that. Good to use if you have leftover spaghetti and don't know what to do with it.

Ingredients For cucumber pasta salad

8 oz bottle of zesty italian salad dressing
8 oz

spaghetti
1 pkg

grated parmesan cheese
1 md

chopped tomato
1 sm

chopped red onion
1

whole chopped cucumber

How To Make cucumber pasta salad

Cook spaghetti as directed on package. Let spaghetti cool.

Chop up tomato, onion and cucumber.

Mix pasta, vegetables and cheese together.

Pour 3/4 bottle of Italian salad dressing over the mixture. Stir and chill.

Before serving if dressing has soaked into the salad just add the rest of the bottle of dressing and stir.
