Ingredients
- 6 ounces whole wheat penne pasta
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon each, salt & pepper
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese.
How To Make creamy pumpkin pasta

Step 1Cook pasta as directed, drain. In lg skillet, over low heat, heat pumpkin puree, broth, milk, butter, onion powder, salt and pepper, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon and ginger.

Step 2Cook, stirring, until heated through. Stir in pasta. Toss w/ parmesan cheese.
