Ingredients
- 2-9 ounces 3 cheese tortellini
- 1/2 medium onion-diced
- 3 cloves garlic-minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 medium chicken thighs-cooked
- 2/3 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups sliced nushrooms
- 2 teaspoons torn dage
- parsley
How To Make creamy mushroom cheese tortellini

Step 1Add 2 T. Butter to a nonstick Skillet on med/high heat. Melt butter until melted. Add in garlic and onion, stirring until onion is translucent. and fragrant.

Step 2Add in mushrooms. Continue to stir until mushrooms are softened and brown. Add in flour. Stir until all the flour absorbed.

Step 3Heat a big saucepan of water for Tortellini. Boil 6 min. Drain hand set aside. To skillet, add in sage, stir. Add in chopped cooked chicken .

Step 4Reduce heat and add in broth and cream. Stir again. Add back in the pasta; gently incorporate. Serve & Enjoy!
