- 1 box penne pasta, cooked and drained, kept hot
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- - salt and pepper
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make creamy garlic penne pasta

Step 1Melt butter and add garlic in med. saucepan, cook over med. heat for 1 min. Add flour and cook 1 min., stirring constantly. Stir in broth and milk and cook, stirring frequently, until sauce boils and thickens. Add parsley, salt and pepper and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Toss hot pasta with sauce and serve immediately.
