this is a dish that my father always makes. It is NOT for someone on a diet but when you dont have to worry about your weight give it a try. I used to always eat it while pregnant. I havent posted a picture yet because I'm on a diet! lol plus its not the "perrrtiest" dish out there but tastes awesome!

Ingredients

16 oz container of cottage cheese
3/4
bag of egg noodles
1/2 stick
butter
2
eggs
salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cottage cheese and Noodles

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil egg noodles according to directions. Drain (obviously) ;)
  • 2Melt butter in medium frying pan and add noodles on top. Do not stir.
  • 3Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl. Pour mixture directly on top of noodles.
  • 4Cook on low, covered, for 20 minutes or until the bottom is crunchy.
  • 5Super easy. Its not a fancy dish but one that is loved by my siblings and I. Enjoy!
