cottage cheese and noodles

this is a dish that my father always makes. It is NOT for someone on a diet but when you dont have to worry about your weight give it a try. I used to always eat it while pregnant. I havent posted a picture yet because I'm on a diet! lol plus its not the "perrrtiest" dish out there but tastes awesome!

Ingredients For cottage cheese and noodles

  • 1
    16 oz container of cottage cheese
  • 3/4
    bag of egg noodles
  • 1/2 stick
    butter
  • 2
    eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make cottage cheese and noodles

  • 1
    Boil egg noodles according to directions. Drain (obviously) ;)

    Melt butter in medium frying pan and add noodles on top. Do not stir.

    Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl. Pour mixture directly on top of noodles.

    Cook on low, covered, for 20 minutes or until the bottom is crunchy.

    Super easy. Its not a fancy dish but one that is loved by my siblings and I. Enjoy!
