Cottage cheese and Noodles
How to Make Cottage cheese and Noodles
- Boil egg noodles according to directions. Drain (obviously) ;)
- Melt butter in medium frying pan and add noodles on top. Do not stir.
- Mix cottage cheese, eggs, salt and pepper in bowl. Pour mixture directly on top of noodles.
- Cook on low, covered, for 20 minutes or until the bottom is crunchy.
- Super easy. Its not a fancy dish but one that is loved by my siblings and I. Enjoy!
