Ingredients

1/2 colive oil, or vegetable oil

1/2 corange juice, fresh

1/3 clemon juice
-
3-4 clovegarlic, minced

5 tsplemon peel grated
-
4 tsporange peel grated
-
1 tspsalt
-
1/4 tsppepper
-
1 pkglinguine pasta
-
1 lbuncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
How to Make Citrus Garlic Shrimp Pasta
- In blender or food processor combine oil, orange juice, lemon juice, orange peel, lemon peel, garlic, salt and pepper. Cover and process until blended.
- Pour into a large skillet, heat through. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
- Add shrimp to garlic mix, cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Thicken sauce with cornstarch and water mixture until sauce is thick enough to coat noodles.
- Drain pasta. Pour into sauce pan and toss until well mixed. Served with shredded parmesan cheese and parsley!!
