Chicken sausage and kale with rigatoni
1 cchicken broth, low-fat
4 cwashed and chopped kale
4chicken sausage- sliced into coin size
2 can(s)mushrooms, canned
1 boxrigatoni pasta, cooked
How to Make Chicken sausage and kale with rigatoni
- Slice your chicken sausage into coin size slices and saute with onion that has been chopped up. After about 5 minutes, add kale. Cook down about 3-5 minutes then add chicken broth and mushrooms. Meanwhile, cook pasta to the directions. Drain and add to kale/sausage mix. Cook until kale is tender. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on each serving.
