My family wanted to die when I told them kale was in it. They first didn't even know what kale was. They love this recipe. Kale is a little nmore crunchy than spinach. This is quick and easy and delicious!!!
1Slice your chicken sausage into coin size slices and saute with onion that has been chopped up. After about 5 minutes, add kale. Cook down about 3-5 minutes then add chicken broth and mushrooms. Meanwhile, cook pasta to the directions. Drain and add to kale/sausage mix. Cook until kale is tender. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on each serving.
