Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta of choice (shells) cooked
  • 1 cup chicken breast cooked and cut to small pieces
  • 1 small onion,chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 cup of each chicken broth and milk
  • 1 cup provolone cheese,grated
  • 1(10oz) package frozen spinach,thawed
  • 1(15oz) can artichoke hearts,drain
  • dash nutmeg , salt, and pepper
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

How To Make chicken, artichoke, spinach, and pasta salad

  • Step 1
    Fry onion and garlic on butter for about 5 minutes.Sprinkle flour over it.Fry for 2 minutes and add the broth, milk, and spices.Stir in spinach and artichoke.
  • Step 2
    Add the pieces of chicken and Provolone cheese. Mix in the cooked pasta and garnish with Parmesan cheese.Serve warm or cold.
