Ingredients
- 1 pound pasta of choice (shells) cooked
- 1 cup chicken breast cooked and cut to small pieces
- 1 small onion,chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 cup of each chicken broth and milk
- 1 cup provolone cheese,grated
- 1(10oz) package frozen spinach,thawed
- 1(15oz) can artichoke hearts,drain
- dash nutmeg , salt, and pepper
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1Fry onion and garlic on butter for about 5 minutes.Sprinkle flour over it.Fry for 2 minutes and add the broth, milk, and spices.Stir in spinach and artichoke.

Step 2Add the pieces of chicken and Provolone cheese. Mix in the cooked pasta and garnish with Parmesan cheese.Serve warm or cold.
