Love fresh vegetables so had a lot on hand and this was a great way to use them

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 3/4 cups favorite macaroni
  • 2 cups fresh green beans
  • 1 cup corn (cut off cob)
  • 1/4 cup peas and pods
  • 1/2 cup fresh tomatoes
  • 2 cups diced chicken
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup water

How To Make chicken and veggies

  • Step 1
    Boil chicken broth and add macaroni cook until Delta
  • Step 2
    Melt butter and olive oil in a saute pan add all the vegetables saute till all are done.
  • Step 3
    With slotted spoon remove Macaroni from chicken broth and add to veggies.
  • Step 4
    Save 3/4 cup of chicken broth and thicken with flour and the water.
  • Step 5
    Add chicken to thicken broth and add to veggies and macaroni, mix.
  • Step 6
    Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese serve and enjoy.
