Cheesy Turkey Lasagna
1 lblean ground turkey
6 clovefinely minced fresh garlic
2 mediumonions, finely diced
4 cmarinara sauce
4lasagna noodles, cooked per package directions
2 Tbspitalian seasoning, divided

1 smallcontainer, part-skim ricotta cheese
2 citalian blend cheese
6 sliceprovolone cheese
How to Make Cheesy Turkey Lasagna
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bring a large pot to boil and salt generously. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Bring a medium sized pot to medium-low heat and add the marinara sauce; cover.
- In a large skillet, brown turkey, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, salt and pepper to taste, and half of the diced onions and minced garlic. Put the other half of the Italian seasoning and onion/garlic mixture into the marinara sauce, stir, cover, and let simmer. Cook turkey until meat is no longer pink. Drain on paper towel lined plates if there is a lot of grease. Add the meat to the marinara sauce and mix well.
- While the turkey is cooking, in a medium-sized bowl, combine the cheeses and mix well.
